Tool	Description
append.exe	Allows programs to open data files in specified directories as if they were in the current directory.
arp.exe	Displays and modifies the IP-to-Physical address translation tables used by address resolution protocol (ARP).
at.exe	The AT command schedules commands and programs to run on a computer at a specified time and date. The Schedule service must be running to use the AT command.
attrib.exe	Displays or changes file attributes.
auditpol.exe	Audit policy program.
bitsadmin.exe	BITS administration utility.
cacls.exe	Displays or modifies access control lists (ACLs) of files.
chcp.exe	Displays or sets the active code page number.
